My 21-Day Journey to Minimalism

I know I need to make some changes in my life. I've known it for a while now. But I can't seem to find my way around the state of fear, laziness and kind of paralysis I'm in right now. And because I'm me, I've turned to the Internet in my search for answers.
But answers don't necessarily mean action. So I've been binge-studying various approaches I think might work for me to begin the path to healing.  And starting today I'm going to take action on them.
If you don't know The Minimalists it's about time you get to know them. I stumbled upon their blog in 2010, loved it and left. Now in 2017 I'm in a place where I'm ready to start applying some of their principles.
They made it easy, since they have a day by day schedule to become a minimalist with instructions on how to perform each step. There's a link to this particular part of their website
I'm not saying this will cure my anxiety nor I expect magic to happen. This is my plan to beat paralysis and start walking the journey I want to walk and stop being a zombie trying to function through life.
Here's the schedule:
I'm going to post everyday my experiences with this journey as part of my healing process.
If you like my plan, feel free to contact me via the comment section. I'd love to read how you're doing.
Let's see where the journey of a thousand miles takes us.
